Wounds and Healing

The healer is the profession most in tune with God’s will and His martyr Salius. Because of this, Transfer is always a first level spell. One Transfer will transfer all damage and addictions (regardless of whether the healer can heal it) at a rate of one wound per round. The worst wound is always transferred first. The only way the healer can stop this is by breaking contact, but since the worst wound is transferred first, this is usually a small consolation. If cast on a dead person, then the person is brought back to life (with stat reductions), and the healer dies in his place, the ultimate personification of Salius.

In addition, the 4th Level Cleansing spell Self Preservation should be replaced with Self Keeping. This spell operates as Lifekeeping II except that it applies only to the healer. Note that the healer cannot regain PP while under the effects of Self Keeping, so at that point, the clock is ticking.

There is no way to cure natural mental problems. Mind disease cures only work on externally caused diseases.
